In October 2018, our Organisation donated musical instruments including a Drum-set and Keyboard and an amount of money in response to an appeal in support of the 40th Anniversary of the United Prisons Church for their various projects.

In response to an appeal made on GTV by the Head of the Prisons Council on 25^th October  that the Nsawam Medium Security Male and Female Prison’s Hospital is in dire need of medicines, the Organization on 15^th December 2016 donated Pharmaceutical Drugs, Pain Relief Tabs, Anti-Malaria, Multivitamins and other medicines for the Prison’s Hospital.  We also donated Food and non-food Items including 200 bags of Rice, 10×25 ltr. Gallons of Vegetable Oil,  10 Cartons x2.2kgs Tomato Paste, 50 Crates of assorted Soft Drink, 2 Live Cows, 20×70 Toilet Roll, 10 Cartons x 16 x 1200 gms of Bar (Key brand) Soap and 10 Bags x 40 x 1 kg OMO Washing Powder for both Male and Female Inmates to mark the Festive Season of Christmas.

Ladies wears, a Plasma Television Set with a Satellite Dish Receiver, Toiletries, Printed “T” Shirts (For the Redeemed Singers of the Prison) and a Pressing Iron were presented to the inmates of the female prisons at Nsawam in Ghana in March, 2010. Some of the items including the “T” Shirts were presented to the inmates to support their effort in encouraging one another to develop their talent in music. Mrs. Janet Torgbor El- Aschkar seen presenting the items to the officer- in- charge of the Female Prison at the Nsawam Medium Prisons.

January 2010 saw another presentation of pharmaceutical drugs, Sandals and toiletries to the inmates of both the male and female prisons at Nsawam in Ghana. This was at the request by the authority of the prisons to support government effort in providing healthcare for the inmates. Present at the ceremony was the former Commanding Officer of both Male and Female Prisons who received the items from Mrs. Janet Torgbor El- Aschkar, an Executive Member of Passion For Needy.

In 4 th November, 209 Inmates of the Nsawam Medium received support in the form of a Plasma Television Set with a Satellite Dish Receiver, Toiletteries, Washing Bar Soap/ Detergents, and other items from Passion For Needy. This project was aimed at supporting government effort to the Ghana Prisons Service. An executive member of the organization, Mrs. Janet Torgbor El- Aschkar seen presenting the items to a representative of Male Prisons at the Nsawam Medium Prisons.
