Passion For Needy (PFN) is a set up of the Senior Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, the General Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) with its Head Office in Nigeria.

This vision of Passion For Needy (PFN) was as a result of a revelation he had which was shed with the members of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Ghana.

He stated that people are in need of an intervention from the Lord Jesus and yet, are over looking the little needs of their neighbours in the society. Among many quotations that Prophet T.B. Joshua gave is that, God has no hands but our hands to use, and he blesses us so that we can bless others; whatever we have came from God and what we will receive in future will also come from him. What have we got then, to offer to God? He emphatically said that this should not be a board-room issue since we can achieve this objective by coming down to earth, to reach out to the needy in society. Only in doing so that most of our problems will be solved, hence our peace of mind.

The Senior Prophet based on this idea on the 9th of July 2009 established Passion For Needy (PFN), a Non Government Organization (NGO) to assist the needy in society in Ghana. To ensure the success of this new vision, he selected the current Ghanaian Executive Members to manage the affairs of the organization.

He went on further to provide the “Seed Money” to assist the smooth take off of the organization and continued to take keen interest in the success of Passion For Needy (PFN) to achieve its objectives.

Prophet T. B. Joshua was born on the 12th day of June, 1963 at Arigidi, Akoko in the Ondo State in Nigeria. He started his elementary education at the St. Stephens Anglican Primary School and furthered at the Ansar-Ud-Deen Grammar College at Ikare-Akoko in Nigeria

Smooth education at the tender age for the Senior Prophet was not possible since at various stages of the educational ladder, it suffered setbacks including social constraints. These occurrences happened especially during his secondary education when at a point in time, he enrolled at six different colleges within a year. However, these events as they unfolded in his life did not shift his attention from what he intended to do with his life. Out of all these challenges, he rose to prominence having set up a great church (Synagogue Church Of All Nations) with various branches across the globe including Greece, South Africa, Ghana and the United Kingdom among others. To ensure that no-one is left out, he established the Emmanuel TV to disseminate the word of God to reach out to all souls across the globe. This kind of Faith, Hope and Love cannot be questioned. Based on these, Prophet T.B. Joshua is regarded as a true Man of God.
